Not far from Brno, there is a small village called Kutiny u Řikonína, hidden in a dense forest between rocks. Perhaps some of you had a wonderful time here at the now-defunct children\’s camp.
How to get here?
– From Brno via Tišnov and Dolní Loučky, turn left here to Řikoní na, then left again to the village of Lubné. After a steep meander down, there is a turn to Ranch u Bison, where there is a large parking lot.
– If you are driving from the west, from Prague, exit the highway at Velká Bíteš, continue towards Tišnov, turn towards Níhov and here turn right and you will soon reach Lubné.
– Take the train from Brno in the direction Žďár nad Sázavou and get off at Řikonín. Turn right and walk along the road for about 3 km or turn left after the village and walk along the stream. It is a very pleasant walk, but sometimes you have to jump on stones and shovel water.
What awaits us here?
Beautiful dense and varied forests, wild rocks like in an Indian movie, quietly meandering streams, meadows. Mushrooms, diverse plants, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, birdsong, wildlife. There are several hiking trails through here, but no matter which direction you head along the Lvochovka River, everywhere is beautiful. If you go upstream, you will come across stunning rock monuments. You can also hike along the Hulda River, which flows into the ranch. The trail is quiet, but very pleasant and interesting, only requiring several crossings.
