2. switch to a healthy diet and be physically active if you start suffering from health problems here and there 3. make sure that you are physically active. Don\’t put everything aside to solve it later. Otherwise, you will be pressed for time and it will become a breeding ground for stress
4. there are urgent things and “no-burn” things, so be clear which belong to which group
5. don\’t bring work home with you, even if it is easier said than done. It may not be easy at times, but once you leave the office, try to put it out of your mind
7. everything has a solution, and sometimes it doesn\’t hurt to take a day off or look at things differently
8. everything that is bad is good for something, especially in business, and not killing make you stronger.
